Richard Lee Norris, 85, passed away Thursday, July 30, 2026, He was born March 25, 1941 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Lee Norris and Martha O’Brien Norris.
Mr. Norris was retired from John Deere and was a devoted member of Buckeye Christian Church. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Dorothy Jean “Dottie” Norris on August 20, 2025.
Above all, he cherished his family. To his great grandchildren, he was lovingly known as “Poppi”. Richard is survived by his daughter, Lisa (Howard) Hale; son, Greg (Shelley) Norris; grandchildren, Gabe Neill, Brittany (JD) Ferguson, Amber (Rodney) Banke, Ashley (Chris) Justice; several cherished great-grandchildren; sister, Sandy Leonard; and many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
