The Red River County Sheriff’s Office is honoring retired RRCSO K-9 Odin, who faithfully served alongside his handler, Sgt. Tim Martin for many years, following his passing.
“It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of retired Red River County Sheriff’s Office K-9, Odin,” said the RRCSO online. “Odin faithfully served our community alongside his handler, Sgt. Tim Martin, protecting and serving with unwavering loyalty and courage.”
After his years of dedicated service, Odin retired to a well-earned life of rest, love, and companionship with Sgt. Martin and his family.
“K-9 Odin was more than a partner. He was family. His legacy lives on in the lives he touched, the streets he help make safer, and the deep bond he shared with his handler. We extend our deepest condolences to Sgt. Martin and his family. Thank you, Odin, for your service. You will never be forgotten. “
