Rebecca Sue Lester, 82 of Paris, passed away Wednesday, July 1, 2026.
A graveside service has been set for Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at 11:00 AM at Evergreen Cemetery with Rev. Jim Milsap officiating. No formal visitation hour will be observed.
Rebecca was born in Paris, Texas on February 3, 1944 to Earnest and Billie Faye Turner. Her whole career was devoted to her work as a Caregiver. She loved to collect dolls and to shop. She was of the Pentecostal faith.
She is survived by her sons, Marion Dwayne Lester and wife Samantha, Mark Lester and wife Kimberly; grandchildren, Eric Dwayne Lester, Holden Dwayne Lester, Mark Aaron Lester, Shelton Lester, Trevor Lester, Ryder Bell; great-grandchildren, Dylan, Adelynne, Melody, Jaxon, Brice, Layla, and one on the way; siblings, Fonda King, Glen Turner, Ronald Keith Turner; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Robbie Lester; daughter, Shannon Jill; siblings, Martha Spears, Sherry Ebbs, Gloria Holley.
