An investigation is underway after a man sustained non-life-threatening injuries in a drive-by shooting Monday night.
Around 11:51 P.M. Paris Police responded to Paris Regional Medical Center ER in reference to a gunshot victim.
“Officers met with a 22-year-old male who reported that he and a friend were at Wade Park when someone in a white 4 door passenger vehicle drove by and shot him,” said Officer Curtis Garrett.
The victim had a gunshot wound on his thigh and it was non-life-threatening.
The incident is under investigation.
