Last week, Paris Regional Health celebrated its exceptional nurses by recognizing the top 10 nominees for this quarter’s Heart of Nursing Award and proudly announcing William McCraney as the recipient.
“William has been recognized for his exceptional ability to connect with patients, his outstanding critical thinking skills, and his eagerness to take on additional assignments. He also provides exceptional support to team members across various units, embodying the true spirit of a role model,” said Paris Regional Health.
McCraney, a member of the team for over two years, is part of the Float Pool.
“The Heart of Nursing Award celebrates extraordinary nurses who are committed to patient safety, advocate for patient care, perform acts of kindness, uphold integrity in all situations, and appreciate diversity among team members, patients, and families. It also acknowledges those who promote collaboration and showcase excellence through role modeling.”
