On Sept. 17, Officers received a report of a stolen vehicle from the 3100 block of N. Main. The owner had left his unlocked 2024 pickup truck in the parking lot in front of his business while he was in the office of the business at about 0730. By 1000 the truck had been driven away. The vehicle was located almost immediately by Texas Auto Theft Task Force officers in the PRMC parking lot. The victim’s wallet, cash, and sunglasses were missing from the vehicle as well as the keys. Evidence was collected and the vehicle was released to the owner. The investigation will continue.
