On Oct. 23 at 2:53 p.m., officers responded to a suspicious person in the 1300 block of Clarksville St. They made contact with Tasha Denise Kyle who appeared to be intoxicated. Kyle admitted to having methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia on her person, which she turned over to the officers. She was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and taken into custody without incident.
On Oct. 23 at 7:38 a.m., an unknown suspect entered a business in the 100 block of SE 1st street and stole a bicycle valued at 5000.00 as well as accessories from another bicycle which was stored in the same building. Evidence was collected at the scene and investigation is ongoing
