Paris Police stopped 36 year old Kevin Dewayne Rogers in the 500 block of E Houston St at 9:41 A.M. on November 16, 2021. Rogers was riding a bicycle and pushing another. Due to recent thefts in the area, Rogers was stopped and identified. During the investigation, Rogers was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. Rogers was arrested and later placed in the Lamar County Jail.
Gary Wayne Fullenwider, Jr., 38, of Paris, was arrested in the 1800 block of Clarksville St at 12:10 A.M. on November 17, 2021. Fullenwider was observed on private property and found to be in possession of methamphetamine and a THC vape pen. Fullenwider was charged with 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance. He was later placed in the Lamar County Jail.
Paris Police responded to 74 calls for service and arrested 3 persons on November 16, 2021.
