On Mar. 25, Kenneth Ray Callaway Jr (45) of Paris was arrested on a Parole Violation warrant in the 3900 block of N. Main St. He was booked without incident.
On Mar. 25 at 6:41 a.m., officers were sent to the 2700 block of W. Campbell reference to a suspicious vehicle. Caller mentioned narcotics activity. Upon arrival the officer made contact with three subjects identified as Brandy Jane Conn (40), Clara Irene Kirtley (48), and Robert Earl Reed (48). During questioning at the scene, officers received varying stories making them suspicious of the activities. All subjects exited the vehicle and a consensual search was performed. Narcotics were located in different areas of the vehicle as well as numerous items of narcotics paraphernalia, used for the consumption of narcotics. All subjects denied knowledge of all contraband. All three subjects were arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). They were processed without incident.
On Mar. 25, Kennie Sean Hearne (59), was arrested at his residence for outstanding warrants stemming from illegal entry and theft of building materials from the now abandoned St. Joseph’s Hospital building in the 800 block of Clarksville St. Hearne was charged with Theft of Material Aluminum/Bronze/Copper/Brass under 30,000.00 a State Jail Felony as well as Burglary of a Building, also a State Jail Felony. He was booked and processed without incident.
Officers made 23 traffic stops, 8 adult arrest, and answered 97 calls for service for this reporting period.
