Wednesday, June 12 at 9:04am; Paris Officers observed 46-Year-Old Tracy Dewan Gray walking in the area of the 1300 Block of Neathery Street and requested Dispatch check him for warrants. Verbal contact was made with Gray. Gray continued walking as he was informed that he had a warrant for his arrest. He refused to comply with orders and continued to evade by running away. Gray was eventually taken into custody for an outstanding Parole Violation Warrant, onview Evading Arrest/Detention/Previous Convictions and on-view Possession of a Controlled Substance-Cocaine. Gray was booked into the Paris Jail.
Wednesday, June 12 at 7:21pm; a Forgery was reported in the 3800 block of Lamar Avenue. The report, which involves receiving a fake $100 bill, is incomplete.
Thursday, June 13 at 12:19am; a Paris Officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 1300 Block of Lamar Avenue for an expired registration. Driver, 31-Year-Old Justin Lee Rodgers was arrested for a Felony Possession of Identifying Information Warrant out of Red River County and Passenger, 21-Year-Old Melissa Ann Waggoner was arrested for two on-view Possession of Controlled Substance Charges, Methamphetamine and Xanax. Both were booked into the Paris Jail.
