On July 16, an officer responded to a report of a Burglary of Residence in the 300 block of Stone Avenue. The victim advised that a known suspect had kicked in her door. The victim said that she did not believe the suspect had taken anything as she believed that he was just trying to reclaim some property belonging to him that he believed to be in the apartment. The damage to the door was estimated at approximately 750.00. The suspect did have an active Criminal Trespass Warning in effect at the time of the incident.
