On July 16, Officers were called to the Parole Office where they arrested William John Heyden (42) on an outstanding Parole Violation Warrant. He was processed without incident.
On July 17, an officer made contact with Allen Ray McFarland (64) for a city ordinance violation (leash law) McFarland was found to be intoxicated. He was belligerent with the officers and refused to identify himself. McFarland became aggressive and was placed under arrest for Public Intoxication. He resisted arrest by pulling away and resisting handcuffing. McFarland had to be physically carried to the patrol unit and also resisted being placed in the unit. He was charged with Public Intoxication and Resisting Arrest.
Officers made 27 traffic stops, 14 adult arrest, and answered 308 calls for service for this reporting period.
