On Dec. 14 at 6:48 p.m., officers responded to the 3800 block of Lamar in reference to a shoplifter. Orlando Garcia Enriquez (33) had failed to scan several items and had tried to leave the store. He was taken into custody and booked then transferred to Lamar County Jail.
