Around 9 p.m. Wednesday night, Paris Police officers responded to a single vehicle traffic accident in the 600 block of Bonham Street.
“Officers found that the driver of a 2008 Suzuki SUV had left the roadway and collided with a tree,” said Paris Police Lt. John Berry.
“The driver was identified as John Harville, 36, of Paris, who was transported to Paris Regional Medical Center and later pronounced deceased,” said Berry.
His family members were notified prior to his name being released to the press.
