Credit Union of Texas recently rewarded top-performing students in the PISD Summer Reading Program with brand-new bicycles for their achievements.
“Thank you, Credit Union of Texas, for your continued support of our mobile library,” said Paris ISD Superintendent Althea Dixon. “It is always a joy watching the kids pick their bike. We appreciate your support.”
For the eighth year in a row, the Cats on the Prowl Mobile Library hit the streets—bringing books, learning, and a spark of excitement to neighborhoods all across the community.
For students who visited the bus or libraries at Aikin or Justiss, they had a chance to win a free bicycle of their choice.
“Congratulations to the dedicated Paris ISD students who earned top honors during the PISD Summer reading program. Your hard work and commitment to reading paid off. Enjoy your new bikes,” said Zack Saffle.
