The Paris ISD CTE Robotics team made it farther than any other students in the past at a recent competition in Greenville.
Competing at the Greenville VEXV5RC 67 Classic, 1394(JV) made it into alliance selection at the very end, while 1394(Varsity) made it to the quarter finals.
“This is the farthest any of the students on that team have ever gone in competition in their high school career,” said Paris ISD CTE.
Students on the 1394C team were Santiago Barragan, Gage Plata, Ryan Macchia, Lydia Montesdeoca, and Nathaniel Dacus.
Students on the 1394B team were John(Beckett) Hubbard, Viktoria Lippincott, Akshay Bacharanianda, Arjan Khadka, and Gavin Avery.
