Olivia is survived by her husband, Antonio Rodriguez; children, Violet Banks, Rosalie Spindle, and her unborn son that passed away with her; her mother, Krystal Mounce; her father, Angel Velazquez; adopted parents, Chris and Monica Spindle; sisters, Alexis Spindle, Phoebe Spindle, Rose Spindle, Claudia Messex; brothers, Colton Spindle, Lawton Spindle, Ellis Spindle, Brett Spindle.
