Oberia Lea Herron, 92, of Blossom, passed away Saturday, Jan. 24, 2026, at her home.
Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 28th at Bright-Holland Funeral Home with Harry Kelly and Mike Whitlow officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Private burial will be made in Knights of Honor Cemetery at Blossom.
Oberia, the daughter of Homer Childers Bramlett and Ola V. McCarrell Bramlett, was born Feb. 16, 1933, in Ben Franklin, Texas.
On Jan. 26, 1953, she married Arville Mack Herron, building 67 years of family and memories before his death on July 1, 2020. She was a faithful member of the Church of Christ. Her parents, and siblings, James Bramlett, Bob Bramlett, Runda Bramlett, Charles Bramlett, and Bonnie Crawford preceded her in death.
Survivors include three children, Jeanette Wilson and husband Ray, Michael Herron and wife Vanessa, and Ronald Herron and wife Charity, one sister, Jimmie Hodges and husband Charles, 18 grandchildren, three great grandchildren and 13 nieces and nephews along with a host of friends.
