North Lamar ISD last week awarded its Special Educators of the Year with certificates delivered throughout the district by Karen Smith and Wendi Burton.
The recipients were:

Brittany Moreland – Bailey Intermediate
Dan Herrington – Everett Elementary
Sarah Vickers – Higgins Elementary
Patricia Mason – Stone Middle School
Sherry Kuhl – North Lamar High School
