North Lamar High School welcomed members of the Class of 2030 during Freshman Orientation, giving incoming students an opportunity to become familiar with the campus and prepare for the start of their high school journey.
Students picked up their class schedules, toured the campus and participated in interactive games designed to review important information, including the school dress code. They also practiced pep rally cheers and dances, giving them an early look at the excitement and school spirit that come with being a North Lamar Panther.
Several student organizations were on hand to introduce freshmen to the many clubs, activities and programs available at NLHS. Students were encouraged to get involved, meet new people and make the most of their high school experience.
Whether joining a club, trying out for a team, participating in fine arts or supporting fellow Panthers, students were reminded that involvement is one of the best ways to build friendships and create lasting memories.
North Lamar High School looks forward to welcoming its newest Panthers and watching them learn, grow and make their mark throughout the next four years.
