North Lamar ISD senior, Rian Hilliard, was recently awarded the Texoma of Excellence in Fine Arts scholarship for her dedication, leadership, and hard work over the years in the NLISD theatre department.
“She’s going to leave a major hole that won’t ever be filled because she’s one of a kind, as they say, cut from a different cloth. Not only are we going to miss her but we’ll miss this rockstar family. They are the true epitome of fantastic and we’ve been lucky enough to have them be involved in our program since big sister Kylee came through with her own set of skills on the stage. We will miss those Hilliards and congratulations to Rian,” said NLHS Theatre Department.
Rian has been with the theatre department from middle school until now.
