Mathews Auto Group is proud to announce the latest recipients of its Pay It Forward program, honoring exceptional staff members at North Lamar. This month, Stephanie Bishop, a dedicated 3rd grade teacher, and Connie Dewees, a committed food service worker, were each awarded $250 in recognition of their outstanding contributions to the school community.
Stephanie Bishop, known affectionately as Mrs. Bishop by her students and colleagues, exemplifies passion and dedication in her teaching career. Co-workers of Mrs. Bishop say “Mrs. Bishop is passionate about her career and loves her students. She goes above and beyond to help her students and co-workers,”
Connie Dewees, a vital member of the food service team, brings daily joy and nourishment to the students. “Every day, Connie pours her dedication into serving nutritious meals for our students with a smile that brightens our cafeteria. Her tireless efforts ensure our school community thrives,” her co-workers commend.
