Liberty National Bank Board of Directors has announced recent promotions

All of them have demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication to providing outstanding service to our customers. They also represent the next generation of leadership at Liberty National Bank, and I am very excited about the future of our bank.”
Courtney Wiles was named Senior Vice President. Wiles was hired in 2011 as a teller at the Collegiate Branch. In 2013 she accepted a loan secretary position at the main bank. She later transferred to the operations department as an operations management trainee. In 2017 she was promoted to Assistant Cashier. She served as the interim bookkeeping supervisor from 2019 to 2021. In 2020 she was promoted to Assistant Vice President and in 2023 she was named Vice President and Chief Operations Officer. Wiles is a Paris High graduate. She attended Paris Junior College and Texas A&M University- Commerce where she graduated with a degree in journalism. In 2014 she graduated from Texas A&M University-Commerce with her MBA. She’s also a graduate of the Leadership Lamar County program and was awarded the Bobby & Imy Walters Volunteer of the Year award for 2024-2025 by the Lamar County Chamber of Commerce. She and her husband, Billy have two children.
Keleigh Franklin has been named human resource manager. Franklin began her career in 2013 as a teller at the West Paris branch. Within her career at the bank, she has worked as a vault teller, a new account representative, bookkeeping clerk and as loan support. In 2020 she returned to the bookkeeping department and in 2021 she was named the bookkeeping supervisor. She was promoted to assistant cashier in 2022. Franklin is a Prairiland High School graduate and attended courses at Paris Junior College. She and her husband, Broderick have three children.
Markita Neal was promoted to the position of Banking Officer. Neal was hired in 2008 as a teller at the main bank. She later transferred to the Collegiate Branch where she became the primary trainer for new tellers. In 2012 she was promoted to shift manager and in 2013 she was promoted to assistant branch manager. She later accepted the teller/new account support position at the main bank. Neal currently works in the loan department and is involved with the bank’s compliance program. She graduated from Denison High School and later attended Grayson College and Paris Junior College. In 2019 she earned her bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University-Commerce. In 2021 she graduated from Texas A&M University-Commerce with her MBA. She’s also a graduate of the Leadership Lamar County program and is a Certified Community Bank Compliance Officer, CCBCO. She and her husband, Richard have three children and two grandchildren.
Also elected as Banking Officer was Paige Thomas where she will assist customers with consumer and commercial loans along with residential home loans. Thomas joined the bank in March of 2022 as a real estate processor. She graduated from Mount Vernon High School. Thomas attended Paris Junior College and Texas A&M University-Commerce where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree with a focus on finance. She is currently in the Leadership Lamar County program. She is also a graduate of the SW Graduate School of Banking (SWGSB) Commercial Lending School at SMU. She and her husband Dakota, have three children.
Courtney Conrad has been named the deposit operations manager. She was hired in 2016 as a full-time teller at the main bank. She later became the primary trainer for new tellers at the main bank. In 2021 she accepted a bookkeeping clerk position. In 2023 she moved to the real estate department as a real estate processor. She later transferred back to the bookkeeping department and has continued to perform back-office tasks as well as assisting with customer care. Conrad is a Prairiland High School graduate and attended courses at Paris Junior College.
