The Lamar & Red River County Food Preservation Class, sponsored by Farm Bureau Lamar County, will be held at the Lamar Electric Cooperative on June 29 beginning at 7 p.m.
The class will cover canning and preserving with guest speaker, Dr. Jenna Anding, TAMU Agrilife Food & Nutrition Specialist, attending.
