Lamar Electric Cooperative is encouraging their members that must have electricity for their life-sustaining equipment, such as oxygen, to fill out our life support registry form.
“This helps our dispatcher prioritize where to send linemen should an outage occur,” said Lamar Electric Cooperative on their Facebook page.
They also highly encourage those that require life-sustaining equipment to invest in a generator or have an alternative plan (such as visiting a friend that does have power) until power can be restored.
