Paris High School alum and former Oregon Ducks standout Kobe Savage is returning to his roots to give back to the next generation of athletes.
Savage will host a football camp at Paris High School’s Wildcat Stadium on July 19, giving young athletes the opportunity to benefit from his expertise alongside an impressive lineup of guest athletes.
Guest athletes scheduled to appear include Ty Rollison, Dcorian Young, Kellen Floyd, Nick Rempert, Dee Dugan, Jaylon Jimmerson, James Neals, Roderick Hawkins, and Jaylen Henderson.
The camp is open to players of all positions in grades 7 through 12; however, athletes of all ages are welcome to attend and observe.
Those participating in the camp are required to bring running shoes, cleats, gloves, and athletic clothing. Athletes are encouraged to bring water but it will be provided.
The fee is $5 per athlete; however, local businesses are helping to sponsor young athletes and as of July 16, the first 300 athletes fees were waived. Contact organizers to confirm if free spots are still available.
