HealthCARE Express is thrilled to announce their upcoming Back to School Bash taking place on Saturday, August 7th from 10 am to 2 pm at the Sports Complex Pavilion in Paris, TX.
“We are so excited to offer this free event to our community. Our goal is to help families prepare for the beginning of the school year and alleviate some of the stress and cost involved in back-to-school preparations,” said Ashley Dotson marketer for HealthCARE Express.
In celebration of the upcoming school year, HealthCARE Express is partnering with local businesses to offer free school supplies, haircuts, various screenings, and most importantly, fun! Students and families are also invited to participate in games and activities for a chance to win awesome door prizes. And no bash is complete without an epic dance battle hosted by a live DJ.
“We’ve had a great response to the Back to School bash this year. Our partners are going above and beyond what he had hoped for, and we are expecting a big turnout. Booth space is still available but we’re looking for vendors who are in this for the kids and are going to provide a fun, interactive experience,” Ashley said.
Community groups and businesses that wish to participate and provide services, donate school supplies, products, or information to attendees are invited to host a booth at the bash. Booth space is limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis and can be reserved by registering online at Gohce.com/bash.
