Friday’s forecast sitting at an expected 104 degrees, with a heat index valuing more than 110 has lead the Paris Municipal Band to perform its weekly 2022 Summer Showcase in the Paris Junior High School’s auditorium on Friday instead of Bywater’s Park.
“Due to this forecast, the Paris Municipal Band’s concert scheduled for this Friday will be moved to the Weger Auditorium at Paris Junior High School. Please come out and hear a great concert band performance in the comforts of the air conditioned auditorium.”
Keeping its regular schedule, the Paris Municipal Band will begin warming up at about 8:20 p.m., with the performance to start at 8:30 p.m.
Paris Junior High School’s Weger Auditorium is on the school’s campus at 2400 Jefferson Rd.
