Evenflo has voluntarily recalled certain models of the All4One 4-in-1 convertible car seat, manufactured between Jan. 2022 and June 2024, due to safety concerns in the recline position.
During testing, it was found that when the seat is used rear-facing, the seat may shift from one recline position to another.
No injuries have been reported related to this condition, which does not negatively impact protection for a child secured in the car seat.
Parents and caregivers may continue to use the car seat, including in rear-facing mode.
However, when the seat is used rear-facing, it is prudent to take care to prevent any passenger from inserting their fingers into the recline mechanism.
Families with impacted seats who have registered their product will be contacted directly and offered an equivalent replacement car seat at no cost. Those who have not yet registered can do so at https://www.evenflo.com/pages/product-registration receive updates and next steps.
We understand that recalls can be concerning, and we are committed to clear, transparent communication and to supporting families throughout this process.
