East Texas A&M University volleyball players Gracie Campbell and Haley Mullaney have been named to the Academic All-District team, as selected by the College Sports Communicators, on Tuesday afternoon.
Campbell (Klein Oak) and Mullaney (Victory Christian Academy) are named to the Academic All-District team for the first time in their Lion careers. For the Lions, the duo is the seventh and eighth Academic All-District honorees in the Division I era.
A first team all-Southland Conference honoree last season, Campbell started all 28 matches and totaled 393 kills, 23 assists, 25 aces, 272 digs, and 23 blocks. She had 10 double doubles on the season.
Mullaney was top 10 in the Southland Conference among setters during the 2025 season, starting all 28 matches as well. She posted 615 assists, 46 kills, 20 aces, 215 digs, and 10 blocks, recording seven double doubles as well.
Campbell and Mullaney helped the Lions advance to the postseason for the 14th year in a row, which is the longest active streak among all sports at East Texas A&M.
Based on evaluation from the Academic All-America committee, Campbell has advanced to the Academic All-America ballot and will be considered for Academic All-America honors, which will be announced next month.
