Deborah Nell Oldham, 68, of Powderly, passed away Monday, Sept. 2, 2019, at Paris Regional Medical Center following a motor vehicle accident in which she and her husband were involved.
Services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Friday, Sept. 6th, at Bright-Holland Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Myre & Rev. Lucas McManus officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 – 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Deborah, the daughter of Leo & Avis Whiteley Howerton, was born January 30, 1951, in Carlsbad, NM.
During her career she was a Human Resource Manager.
At the time of her passing, she was survived by her husband, Carl Oldham. Carl passed away Sept. 3, 2019.
Survivors include her mother, Avis Howerton of Carlsbad, NM, two children; Darla Henry of Como and Doug Lewis of Artesia, NM, grandchildren; Mattison, Matthew, and Morgan, siblings; Kathy Munson & husband Butch of Paris, Sharon Valenzuela & husband Robert of Carlsbad, NM and Brenda Abernathy & husband Irby of Carlsbad, NM along with numerous nieces & nephews and a host of friends.
Casket bearers will be: Robert Valenzuela, Butch Munson, Robby Munson, Joe Nicholas, Robert Nymeyer, and Richard Najera.
