Paris Regional Health has named Danielle Termin as Director of Senior Services.
In this role, Termin will oversee Paris Regional Health’s Auxiliary program— a dedicated volunteer group that supports
multiple areas within the hospital— and will join Tania Roland in providing operations oversight for the Prime Senior
Services program, which offers social, educational and wellness opportunities for the community’s senior population. She
will focus on enhancing engagement, recognition and growth within both programs while continuing to build a sense of
connection and service among participants and volunteers.
A long-time Paris resident, Termin brings nearly two decades of experience in leadership, education, and community
outreach. She most recently served as Business Development Representative for Signature Health Group – Home Health
& Hospice, where she focused on cultivating partnerships with physicians, healthcare facilities and senior living
communities while planning events that fostered meaningful engagement.
Previously, she owned and operated a successful local boutique in downtown Paris, where she helped revitalize the
business district through her work with the Paris Downtown Association, serving as both Vice President and Events
Coordinator. Earlier in her career, Termin served for 15 years as a Teacher and School Counselor at Paris High School,
where she guided students academically and personally while leading student organizations and major campus events.
Termin holds an Associate of Science in Radiologic Technology from Paris Junior College, a Bachelor of Science from
Texas A&M University-Commerce and a Master of Education in School Counseling from Lamar University.
