The Althea Garden Club of Paris High School is set to crown its 2023-2024 Crape Myrtle Queen on Apr. 28, in Bywaters Park at 6 p.m.
Queen nominees are Ava Fitzgerald, Mazy Frierson, Madeline Green, Adeliz Hinojosa, Erica Holt, Shamyia Holt, Kiera Martin, Mackenzie Martin, Amy Martinez, and Kenna Payne.
Queen’s Court are Addison Andrew, Makenzie Besteman, Cate Biard, Anna Grace Blassingame, Baleigh Cashion, Peyton Cook, Olivia Fitzgerald, Jasmine Franklin, Alondra Garcia, Annie Gibbons, Destinee Gunn, Elizabeth Harper, Jallee Johnson, Viktoria Lippincott, Kitty Mathieu, Lydia Moore, Hannah Newberry, Ashlyn Phifer, Rayne Prince, Miranda Rivera, Amy Rodriguez, Kimariah Thomas-Yates, Aida Torres, and Fatima Torres.
Future Princesses will be introduced during the event and they are Birdie Abbott, Berkleigh Allen, Amelia Chesshire, Kinslea Dunning, Caroline Elliot, Campbell Harper, Gracie Holtman, Sabina Homer, Penelope Mathieu, Rynlee Moree, Olivia Price, and Rhythm Prince.
The Althea Garden Club will also be honoring the City of Paris Parks and Recreation Department at the event.
