Positive cases of coronavirus are continuing to rise in Lamar County with the Paris-Lamar County Health District on Tuesday reporting 13 additional cases.
The new cases are in a 21-year old female, a 23-year old male, a 29-year old female, a 32-year old female, a 39-year old female, a 43-year old male, a 47-year old female, a 53-year old female, a 55-year old male, a 59-year old female, a 60-year old male, a 71-year old female, and a 78-year old male.
To date, there has been a total of 296 cases of coronavirus in Lamar County, however, 173 of those have recovered. Seven of them are travel-related and 289 community spread.
There has also been 13 total COVID-19 related deaths; nine deaths are associated with Paris Healthcare Center nursing center, one death associated with Stillhouse Rehabilitation and three deaths are unrelated.

Age 20-29: 25 males, 39 females
Age 30-39: 23 males, 32 females
Age 40-49: 12 males, 24 females
Age 50-59: 23 males, 25 females
Age 60-69: 20 males, 24 females
Age 70-79: 9 males, 15 females
Age 80 +: 6 males, 5 females
