The Delta County Sheriff’s Office arrested 37-year old Williams Schwartz on Feb. 12, 2025, for five outstanding warrants stemming from an investigation initiated through a child protective services case.
Shortly before 6 p.m., deputies went to a residence in the 100 block of Northwest Fourth Street to serve warrants the on Schwartz and took him into custody.
Schwartz is being held at the Delta County Sheriff’s Office on one 3rd degree felony charge of Injury to a Child/Elderly/Disabled with intent to cause injury and four separate misdemeanor A charges of Terroristic Threat causing fear of imminent bodily injury.
His bond has been set at $50,000 for the five charges.
