Early Sunday morning, there will be a motorcycle club ride from Paris Harley-Davidson to Powderly Volunteer Fire Department. The donated proceeds of $5 per rider will be hand-delivered to Powderly VFD Fire Chief Roger Bussell.
“Please join us to support our local community,” LSRC posted on social media.
The club ride, hosted by the Liberty Syndicate Riding Club, is set to take off from Paris Harley-Davidson at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday.
“It makes me very proud that we have members in our community willing to go out of their way to support our VFD,” Bussell said. “Those participating and ultimately donating to our VFD is greatly appreciated.”
Liberty Syndicate Riding Club is a veteran, first responder and community-service-based club.
