The Clarksville Police Department is seeking the public’s help after an attempted break-in at the Family Dollar store early Thursday morning, and are asking anyone with information to come forward.
“At approximately 12:30-1:15 a.m. this morning, Family Dollar was targeted n an attempted break-in, with suspects attempting to steal cash from the safe,” said Clarksville PD Chief Hunt.
Hunt said this incident is one of several reported break-ins in Avery, Naples, and Bowie County over the past week.
“This emphasizes the need for community cooperation in preventing crime. We urge anyone with information or who witnessed suspicious activity during this time to contact us.”
