Chisum junior, Thomas Thiessen only need 8-points to reach his 1,000 point milestone during Tuesday night’s basketball game against Lone Oak.
Not only did Thiessen make those 8-points but surpassed it, scoring 14-points during the game.
Going into the season, he needed 480-points to reach his goal.
Thiessen, who made the varsity team in his freshman year, also play baseball for the Chisum Mustangs.
