Bonnie Johnson Flynn of Paris, Texas was born on November 19, 1951, to N.E. and Faye Shipman Johnson. She married Pete Flynn on November 27, 1969. She departed this life on Saturday, June 8, 2019. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Johnnie Johnson and Ronnie Johnson and sister Connie Brazeal Kersey.
She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Pete and their children: PJ Flynn and wife Catherine of Sachse, Lesli Budzinski and husband Darren of San Antonio, and Matthew Flynn and wife Amy of Seguin. Bonnie is also survived by her brother Donnie Johnson and wife Luz, and numerous nieces & nephews. Her grandchildren, who were the light of her life, are Abby, Ella, Lyla and Bear Budzinski; Avery and Addison Flynn; and Madalynn and Evelynn Flynn. The service will be officiated by her brother-in-law Russell Kersey.
Bonnie devoted her life to her family. From ballparks to special events and countless trips to be with her grandchildren, she always supported her loved ones. She was loved by so many and will be greatly missed.
A memorial service will be held Friday, June 14, 2019, at Lamar Avenue Church of Christ in Paris, Texas. The family will receive friends at 1:00 p.m. followed by the memorial service at 2:00 p.m.
