Billy Charles Clark, 90, of Paris, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2024, at his home.
Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Monday, Dec. 30th at Bright-Holland Funeral Home with Rev. Wade White officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. on Monday.
Mr. Clark, the son of Elgin Clark and Lillie Hawkins Clark, was born March 13, 1934, in Paris, TX. He graduated from Paris High School and Paris Junior College. During his college years he worked for Roden Funeral Home as an ambulance driver. His career in the auto industry spanned 35 years, working for The McDavid Auto Group from 1967-2002. He was a member of His Place Fellowship.
His parents, a brother, Roy Clark, and a sister, Jody Powell, preceded him in death.
Survivors include wife, Sharon, children, Brenda Clark, Billy Don Clark (Vickie), Susan Lewis (Shane), and Kelly McKillen (Paul Hicks). Grandchildren, Michelle McCann (Mike), Amy Hurley (Jon), Allison Crisp (Nathan), William Clark (Kayla), and Stephanie Lewis, great grandchildren, Zoey McCann, Chloe Hurley, Cason Clark, Tessa McCann, Jonah Hurley, and Willow Crisp. A sister, Joyce Nance, and several nieces and nephews including a special nephew, Keith Nance along with a host of friends.
Casket bearers will be: Mike McCann, John Hurley, Shane Lewis, Keith Nance, and Larry Willingham.
