With a long road ahead for 17-year-old Alexis Roberts, Paris Rodeo & Horse Club is hosting a live and silent auction to benefit the North Lamar student.
On Sept. 4, 2022, Roberts was involved in a serious ATV accident and is still recovering from a traumatic brain injury. She has made tremendous progress, but has a long road ahead.
There will be hamburger plates available at $10 and hotdog plates at $5; children 4 and under will get a free hotdog plate.
The benefit will be from 4-8 p.m. on Jan. 21 at the Lamar County Fairgrounds, 570 E Center St. The live and silent auction, featuring flattop grill, knives, corn hole boards, kids sandbox and more, will begin at 6 p.m.
