Baby Gunn’s Animal Rescue is hosting an adoption event o Saturday, Jan. 14 from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. in the All Things Coffee & Books building, 138 Lamar Ave. in Paris.
“We will have all kinds of fully-vetted dogs there – large and small,” Baby Gunn’s Animal Rescue shared. “There will be lots of small dogs there.”
Basic adoption fees of $150 covers all vetting – vet check for health, heartworm test, shots, wormer, spay/neuter, microchip for life and flea/tick/heartworm med.
“Come see us and find your fur-ever friend,” Adoption Coordinator Sheri Ashford said.
All dogs require applications to ensure the pet “is a right fit for your family, and if you lease or rent your home we must have approval from the landlord to adopt.”
As more will be at the event, here are some of the pets available for adoption this Saturday:
PB/Bear will be at the adoption event. He’s been waiting over a year for the right family and is a sweetheart! He walks great on a leash, is very quiet and protective/ will let you know if someone at door etc. Hyper kids, big aggressive dogs scare him, so someone needing a quiet companion, this is your guy!
Maximus, is a sweetheart that wants to be with humans. He will climb out of a pen or fence to get to you, so secure fence is a must! He gets along with all and is fully vetted, on flea/heart worm meds and ready to go!
These 2 will be at the adoption event. They are both fully vetted, heartworm negative, housebroken and will be microchipped for life at BGAR’s cost. Applications at Babygunns.org.
