Are you registered to vote? Well, if not you can get registered on Tuesday, Sept 24, as part of the National Voter Registration Day.
The national “holiday” began back in 2012 to stop people from learning they’re not eligible to vote only when they get to the polls. Whether they missed a deadline, failed to update their registration or just don’t know how to register; this national “holiday” according to National Voter Registration Day’s website is here to help you get registered correctly.
This day is recognized every fourth Tuesday in September, which this year falls on Sept 24.
