Olga Nell Blackburn Weems, age 87 of Paris, went home to be with her Lord on September 25, 2026.
A graveside service has been set for Monday, September 28, 2026 at Evergreen Cemetery Open Air Chapel at 10:00 AM. Family and friends will be officiating. No formal visitation is set.
Olga was born in Reno, Texas on January 22, 1939 to John William and Olga Isom White. She married Bobby Julian Weems on August 1, 1959 in Paris, Texas. Olga graduated from Paris High School in 1956 and went on to continue her education, having graduated from East Texas State University in 1959. She received her Master’s Degree in the late 1960’s. Olga spent many years, impacting lives, as an Educator.
She is survived by her son, Ronald Pledger Weems and husband James Todd Allison; nieces and nephews, Steve and Rae Dockery, Raquel and Norman Montgomery, Sam and Taylor Dockery Dearinger and their sons, Parker and Caleb, Brian and Jordan Dockery Reis and their children, Grace and Luke; brother-in-law, Donald Robinson.
