The Delta County Sheriff’s Office arrested 42-year old Sergio Guillermo Pastor on Sept. 4 on a warrant stemming from an incident that occurred in 2021.
Pastor was transported to the Hopkins County Jail, where he was booked on a second-degree felony charge of Sexual Assault of a Child. While at the Hopkins County Jail, Pastor was subsequently served with three additional felony warrants, including one second-degree felony charge of Sexual Assault of a Child and two second-degree felony charges of Indecency with a Child/Sexual Contact.
Pastor was arraigned on all four charges and posted bonds totaling $450,000.
On Tuesday, September 8, 2026, Pastor was arrested again on a probation violation warrant. Pastor was previously placed on probation for an Injury to a Child offense. On September 10, 2026, He was also served with an additional warrant charging Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence with Intent to Impair.
A $250,000 bond was set on the probation violation warrant and a $10,000 bond was set on the tampering/fabricating evidence charge.
Pastor is currently being held at the Hopkins County Jail pending trial on the cases.
