The Raven Dowd Foundation is hosting its 2nd annual Summer Day of Fun, a completely free day of fun and activities, on June 27 at Travis High School.
“The special event is a collaborative effort among several community organizations, all working together to provide local children with a safe, engaging, and enjoyable summer experience,” said event organizers.
There will be board games, face painting, CASA for Kids, Lamar County Sheriff’s Office, Children’s Advocacy Center, Paris Police Department, DJ Martin, cheer camp, basketball, popcorn, cotton candy, tropical sno, bounce house, bounce house slide, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, dunk tank, Sweet Chill, CU TX, Rocket Raceway race cars, bubbles, and nachos, hot dogs, hamburgers, water and lemonade.
