The Paris Junior College softball team capped off a historic season with an impressive run to the Final Four of the NJCAA National Tournament after capturing the regional championship title.
Adding to the season’s accomplishments, Shelby Shelton was named Coach of the Year, recognizing her leadership and the team’s outstanding performance throughout the year.
“We are proud of this historic achievement and the way you represented PJC with class, pride, and excellence,” said PJC. “Congratulations to Coach Shelby Shelton on being named Coach of the Year, and to the entire team for an unforgettable season.”
The Lady Dragons’ remarkable postseason run will go down as one of the most memorable seasons in program history.
