Patsy June (Hays) Hintz, 92, of Blossom, passed away Thursday, Oct. 16, 2025, at her home.
Bright-Holland Funeral Home has scheduled services for 2:00 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 18th at Blossom Church of God with Rev. Benny Dollins and Rev. Larry Bridges officiating. Burial will be made in Union Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service.
Mrs. Hintz, the daughter of Ernest M. Hays and Dora Ethel Rush Hays, was born Sept. 23, 1933, in Sherman, TX. On April 22, 1950, she married Hester Choate in Waco, TX. He preceded her in death in May 1972. To this union two daughters, Marsha and Debbie, were born. On May 17, 1974, she married Clarence Hintz in Blossom, TX.
Her career with the Campbell Soup Company spanned many years before her retirement. While with Campbell Soup she was a union steward and very active in the union. Patsy was a longtime faithful member of the Blossom Church of God.
Survivors include her husband, Clarence, two daughters, Marsha Burchinal and Debbie Brumley (David), five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and 13 great great grandchildren along with a host of friends.
Casket bearers will be: Dustin Brumley, Richard Burchinal, David Hart, Greg Withers, Justin Ratliff, and Broderick Franklin.
