The follow-up liminal investigation of the matter was turned over to the Texas Rangers.

The investigation was the reasonability of the Texas Rangers. The decision to file charges was made by the Lamar County Attorney.

“Moving forward, we will continue to serve the citizens of Reno and hope for the best possible solution in this matter,” said Reno City Secretary Tricia Smith.
