Popeyes has recently removed two of its well-known sides – cajun rice and green beans.
According to Southern Living, a concerned restaurant-goer reached out to the company asking why the two side dishes were no longer available.
“At Popeyes, we are always listening to feedback from our guests and looking for ways to improve our menu,” the chain said. “So, after thoughtful consideration, our cajun rice and green beans are no longer on the permanent menu. However, we still have a bunch of delicious sides.”
Sides currently available at the Louisiana kitchen include cajun fries, mashed potatoes with gravy, red beans and rice, coleslaw and biscuits.
